Simply Complicated: 08/07 - 14TH BIRTHDAY PARTY

Hello everyone!

On the 8th, exactly a week after my birthday, a few of my friends came over to celebrate the turning of 14 with me :)

I remember last year, I didn't know anyone so I invited a bunch of nice girls that I hardly knew. It was a lot better this year because over the past one and a half years, I formed new groups and found even lovelier people. I've mentioned already about my group of twelve and they were all invited. Unfortunately, Jada, Eleanor, Hannah and Aaliya couldn't make it :( I blame Bali, Long bus rides and dentists x0x0

I din't want my birthday to be a big deal this year so I just invited everyone for a little picnic and some fun at my house. Alison arrived like super early and we just chilled in my room for a couple of hours, I'm pretty sure we were very productive, just lying in bed.. Oops. Eilish and Nini slept over at Ciara's the night before so they all arrived together and it just so happened that Rosie's car pulled up a second after. They all looked so amazing like I can't even. Steph arrived next and we knew Emma was going to be a tad late so we started talking and catching up in my room. She arrived and we spent an hour talking and gossiping :)

We walked to the the park at around 12:30 and we spent the time eating and talking still. After we were all full, we took all these lovely photos on the grass and then played on the playground. Call us childish, but omfg it was so fun AHAHAH we spent all this time trying to balance on a see saw type thing and sitting on monkey bars and not being able to get off the monkey bars (cough steph)

We walked home at around 2 and continued talking as Alisan played the piano for us, occasionally, we would burst out into a song and it was so amazing. We moved into the theatre where we decided to play a game. We took out a stool and whoever was sitting on it, had to be asked questions by the rest of the group. #sointense AHAHAH we had really serious moments, really awkward moments and really funny moments. We eventually drifted off topic and talked.

It's funny because when we talk, it can vary from the most trivial things, like chips AHAHAH to some serious things, like actual problems within our group or the world. Our group can talk about literally anything and the conversation will flow and flow while having a great laugh. We basically just spent the whole entire day talking. I'm not even kidding. It was really low-key but I think that's why I loved it so much.
