Simply Complicated: X COUNTRY AND AALIYAS

Hey everyone! First proper blog post in quite a while, sorry about that :)

It is now the 2nd day of the Easter holidays! I am quite excited but don't have many plans except for just chilling ahahaha.

On Wednesday, my school held our annual Interhouse Cross Country! I didn't really enjoy it last year because I didn't exactly run AHAHAHA. But this year, one of my friends joined the cross country team, and she and I decided to run together. We tried to recruit as many of our friends to run with us as well, but in the end, it was just Eilish, me, Rosie and Aaliya.

The year 9's race was first up and that was pretty cool :) After the first hill, which was about 50 metres into the race, Aaliya and Rosie fell behind a little, those two fatties! Me and Eilish ran together and I enjoyed that, I forgot how much I loved to run. The Dog Park hill was the worst though! We had about a hundred metres left and me and Eilish started sprinting. We ended up in 29th and 30th places and I was really surprised at how good we came. It sounds like such horrible places but at our school, with 240 girls in our grade, that was really great!

The day after, it was Aaliya's birthday as well as the last day of school!

We all chipped in to buy her birthday present, a dress, shoes, two red clutches (one formal, one casual) red jewellery, red nailpolish and red lipstick, Lush bath stuff and heapsss more. So basically, we got her a whole and complete outfit!

Her party was after school to Friday but I couldn't come :(
